Calculate metadata for manual cell/spot annotation for heatmap visualisation.

Usage

calculate_metadata(sce, enrichment, clustering)

Arguments

sce

A SingleCellExperiment object

enrichment

precalculated enrichment score for each cell/spot

clustering

A vector of selected clustering used for annotation, inheritated from meta_heatmap plotting
