Load a list of cluster markers sources into a tibble.

Cluster markers sources are defined in cluster_markers.yaml config file in CLUSTER_MARKERS_SOURCES parameter.

Usage

cluster_markers_params_fn(cluster_markers_sources, cell_data)

Arguments

cluster_markers_sources

A list of cluster markers sources.

cell_data

A list of colData() columns.

Value

A tibble. Output target: cluster_markers_params
