Make a HVG plot for uncorrected SingleCellExperiment object (processed by batchelor::multiBatchNorm()).

Usage

hvg_plot_int_fn(sce_int_uncorrected, ...)

Arguments

sce_int_uncorrected: (input target) A tibble.
...: Passed to plot_hvg().

Value

A modified sce_int_uncorrected with appended HVG plot (ggplot2 object). Output target: hvg_plot_int
