Here you can find some basic drake functions (reference.

However, we encourage all users to read official book for the drake package. While it is not necessary to know all drake internals to successfully run the scdrake pipeline, its knowledge is a plus.

• Assign to variable or read target result: drake::loadd() and drake::readd()
• Show outdated targets: drake::outdated()
• List the targets that completed in the current or previous call to drake::make(): drake::drake_done()
• List the targets that quit in error during drake::make(): drake::drake_failed()
• Get diagnostic metadata on a target: drake::diagnose()
• List the dependencies of a target: drake::deps_target()
• Find out why a target is out of date: drake::deps_profile()
• Manually invalidate a target: drake::clean()

Some functions are also usable in a reproducible manner similar to drake::r_make(), i.e. first, _drake.R-like file is sourced and a separate new R process is launched. Examples: drake::r_outdated(), drake::r_deps_target(). The list of such functions can be found here
