Arguments

selected_markers_plots

(input target) A tibble: selected_markers_plots or selected_markers_int_plots_df

selected_markers_out_dir

A character scalar: path to base output directory to save plots in.

is_integration

A logical scalar: TRUE is used in the integration plan.

Value

A character vector of output files. Output target: selected_markers_plots_files or selected_markers_int_plots_files
